DAQe-2500 series of DAQ cards from Adlink

Adlink Technology Inc. introduces the DAQe-2500 series, bringing the benefits of a high-bandwidth via a x1 lane PCIe bus to a new series of DAQ cards.

This new series of high-speed and high-performance analog output multi-function DAQ PCIe cards update up to 8-ch 12bit analog output simultaneously at a sustained rate of 1MSPS. The DAQe-2500 series features a hardware-based arbitrary waveform generation that frees up CPU resources, even when all analog outputs are updating at full speed, for optimal system efficiency.

DAQe-2500 consists of two cardsthe DAQe-2501 is a 4-ch resolution card with an 8k-sample D/A FIFO onboard, the DAQe-2502 is an 8-CH resolution card with a 16 k-sample D/A FIFO onboard. This family of DAQe cards integrate up to 8-ch, 400KSPS, 14bit single ended analog inputs with programmable polarity. The DAQe-2500 series are able to perform the analog input and output functions at full speed simultaneously. As a member of the family of Adlink DAQe cards, the DAQe-2500 series features a system synchronization interface (SSI) bus to allow up to four cards to be synchronized for easy expansion on capability of testing.

The DAQe-2500 series are equipped with auto-calibration that adjusts the gain and offset to within specified parameters to ensure testing accuracy regardless of the environment uncertainty and scatter-gather bus mastering to allow the acquisition of a large amount of data at a high speed by transferring data directly to and from the memory through the DMA controller up to the size limited by the system memory.

The DAQe-2500 series supports Microsoft Windows, including Windows Vista, and Linux operating systems and also comes with software support for LabVIEW, Matlab, .NET, Visual C++ and Visual Basic.
