Seica SpA has added the AERIAL M4 to its family of flying probe test solutions. The company said the new product meets industry demands for high fault coverage, speed, ease of use, flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
The AERIAL M4 is a vertical MDA/in-circuit flying prober that uses four mobile test probes that enables it to simultaneously test populated PCBs from both sides of the UUT simultaneously. It fits in the testing of prototypes, samples, and small and medium series, although it can also test very large boards.
The new test system is easy to load, thanks to its vertical, very compact design. It boasts a very reliable fixing system, guaranteeing no board oscillations during testing.
The AERIAL M4 was unveiled at the just-concluded Nepcon Shenzhen electronics trade show in southern China.
