Filtronic Compound Semiconductors Ltd has announced the release of a new high-linearity broadband MMIC amplifierthe FMA3025SOT89E. Operating over the 250-4000MHz frequency band, the company said the new device provides an optimal combination of noise figure and linearity when compared to alternative competing solutions. Fabricated using high-reliability GaAs pHEMT technology, this broadband MMIC is suited for applications where high linearity is required.
Features of the FMA3025SOT89E include:
? High dynamic range
? Pb-free industry-standard SOT89 package
? RoHS-compliant
? Single 5V supply
? 14B gain (at 0.9GHz)
? Input & output return losses <-15B
? 24Bm P1db output power at 5V
? Output IP3 greater than 40dBm in any condition
? 2.2dB NF.
