A digital oscilloscope for next-generation serial data standards has been announced by LeCroy Corp. The SDA 13000 analyzer oscilloscope provides advanced methods for next-generation serial data bus design and debugging.
With a bandwidth of 13GHz, a sample rate of 40GSps, and 100Mpts/ch memory, the SDA 13000 troubleshoots challenging PHY problems during development, and delivers a solution for measuring serial data compliance for FB-DIMM, Fibre Channel, SAS, SATA, InfiniBand and PCI Express.
The 13GHz analyzing oscilloscope is accompanied by the D13000PS 13GHz active differential probe, and a suite of debug and analysis tools, to enable faster product development times, increase output potential and improve time-to-market, said LeCroy. The SDA 13000 and D13000PS enable compliance and debug testing on next-generation serial data standards covering memory, storage and computing applications.
