400mA linear regulators withstand 6V

Advanced Power Electronics Corp. has released the APE8912N/APE8913N, high-performance 400mA LDO linear regulators that offer ultra low dropout (1.1V at 400mA), low noise, high stability and high PSRR (60dB at 120Hz) LDO circuit.

The devices can be used in general electronic products that convert 2.4V/6.0V to 1.2V /1.32V. The APE8912N / APE8913N can also withstand maximum operation voltage of 6V. These chips have a built-in bandgap voltage reference circuit, circuit for error amplification, circuit for thermal protection and circuit for current limit protection. The devices tout fast transient response and the circuit for over temperature and limit current protection can prevent the chip from being damaged in abnormal status.

APE8912N/APE8913N are 3-terminal fixed output voltage regulators. Its output voltages include 1.2V/1.32V and provides protection and anti-interference capabilities. The regulators can achieve stability with a 1?F MLCC.

The devices are offered in SOT23 package with smaller footprint, saving space and cost.
