Platform manages DSP clusters

Enea has announced version 2.0 of its dSPEED platform for managing DSP clusters. The platform targets wireless infrastructure, video gateways and other high-performance DSP applications.
Built atop the Enea' LINX inter-process communication (IPC) services, Enea dSPEED 2.0 adds support for more DSPs, management processors and boards. Supported DSPs include the TI C64x+ family, the LSI SP2603 and the Enea OSE' ck Soft Kernel simulator. Also supported are a broad range of management processors, such as Freescale PQIII MPC8548, x86, PowerPC and Enea OSE Soft Kernel.
The Enea dSPEED Platform 2.0 includes out-of-the-box support for the RadiSys Promentum ATCA-9100 board. dSPEED 2.0 also supports board vendors such as Mercury MTI-104 and BCC-101 and Embedded Planet EP8548A.
The Enea dSPEED Platform 2.0 will be available March 28, said the company.
