Netlist's SD cards are designed using a state-of-the-art injection molding process during the manufacturing stage. Providing 128Mbytes to 2Gbyte densities of nonvolatile storage, the SD Flash Card uses the latest Single Level Cell (SLC) NAND flash architecture and allows for a controlled BOM to support full product traceability.
Netlist's SD Flash Card features a 32bit RISC processor, which incorporates a state-of-the-art ECC engine and wear-leveling algorithm. According to in-house benchmarking tests and ongoing OEM evaluations, the SD Flash Card provides a sustained read performance of up to 18MBps and a sustained write performance of up to 15MBps. Netlist's SD Flash Card is able to support a wide range of temperatures. Temperature support capabilities for Commercial temperatures range from 0 to 70C, while industrial temperatures range from -40 to 85C.
Netlist's Industrial-Grade Secure Digital Flash Card is currently sampling with volume production scheduled this month.
