USBR Series

Samtec has introduced high-retention Type A and Type B USB interfaces (USBR Series) that comply with the Class 1, DIV II minimum withdrawal requirement of 15N. These new USBR Series connectors have an orange color-coded insulator to differentiate them from standard withdrawal force connectors available with white or black plastic.

These high retention USB connectors are available in surface mount and through-hole designs with a choice of standard right angle or vertical top-entry orientation. In addition to A and B Type connectors, Samtec also carries a full line of mini USB interfaces, standard and custom cable assemblies, and rugged AccliMate IP68 sealed circular USB interfaces.

Samtec's other rugged panel and I/O interfaces include Mod Jacks with field replaceable contact arrays, HDMI cable and connector solutions, and AccliMate IP68 sealed circular Ethernet, power, RF, and micro pitch interfaces.
