Automated tester validates designs with AMCC PowerPC chips

Kozio's kDiagnostics simplifies product development involving AMCC's PowerPC 460EX and PowerPC460GT processors by providing complete hardware validation suites for design and manufacturing, particularly in the communications, imaging, wireless and industrial control equipment sectors. Standard hardware test suites, include focus, flow and stress testing for DDR1 and DDR2 SDRAM, SRAM, USB 2.0, PCI, PCIe, Serial ATA-II, Serial RapidIO, 10/100/GbE and other components, which can save man-years of test development effort.
