Jelly Bean terminal blocks upgrade current rating to 60A

BlockMaster Electronics has added higher current rated units to its color-coded "Jelly Bean" series of terminal blocks. The JB-OTB-358 modular terminal blocks offer an operating current rating of 60A at 600V, making them well-suited for motor, industrial and pump controls, as well as for electrical switch gear and off-road vehicles.

The modular construction provides for ease of field service. The thru-panel units are offered with a pitch of 16mm in terminal configurations from 1 to 15 positions, accepting wire sizes of 3 to 10AWG CU. The operating temperature range is -40° to +90°C.

The series is offered in colors of red, white, green, blue, yellow, gray and black. A clear plastic snap-on cover is supplied to enhance finger safety usage. Terminals are brass nickel-plated with steel nickel-plated screws installed. The housing is a polycarbonate (UL94VO) material.

Pricing is at $8 in quantities of 500 for a four-pole unit. Stock for sample quantities are available.
