ISL8013EVAL2Z: 3A low quiescent current 1MHz high efficiency synchronous buck regulator

The ISL8014EVAL2Z evaluation board from Intersil Corp. is used to demonstrate the performance of its ISL8013, a 3A, 1MHz synchronous buck regulator. The low quiescent current mode converter is offered in a 4mm x 4mm 16Ld QFN package with 1mm maximum height. The complete converter occupies an area of less than 258mm?.

The ISL8014 is pin-to-pin compatible with the ISL8013.
