LNA GaAs MMIC fit for One-Segment broadcasting

The NJG1134HA8 covers the bandwidth from 470 to 770MHz (UHF) by adopting the grounded gate amplifier structure, achieving high linearity (P-1dB (IN)=-5.0dBm, IP3=+5.0dBm typ.). Furthermore, the adoption of the GaAs HEMT process realizes low noise (NF=1.20dB typ.), says New Japan Radio. The NJG1134HA8 realizes low distortion (P-1dB (IN)=+4.0dBm IP3=+23.0dBm typ.) in a strong signal condition by bypass mode (low gain mode), which is skipped built-in LNA.
The package USB6-A8 (1.0mm x 1.2mm x 0.38mm) helps to make the mounting board small, claims New Japan Radio.
Other features of the NJG1134HA8 include stable reception by bypass function even in strong signal condition; improved reception sensitivity with low noise (NF=1.2dB typ.); and built-in ESD protection diodes.
