LDK bags solar wafer deal with India telco

Under the terms of the agreement, LDK will deliver approximately 300MW of multicrystalline silicon solar wafers to XL Telecom over a five-year period, commencing in Q1 09 and extending through 2013. XL Telecom will make a down payment representing a portion of the contract value to LDK.
