Orion Fans has developed a line of dual voltage AC fan trays for industrial and electronics cooling applications.
The dual voltage fan trays are available in 3-, 6-, and 9-fan configurations with 115V/230V power cords and a dual voltage selector switch. The fan trays feature heavy-duty steel construction with extruded aluminum side rails for reliable protection in harsh, rugged environments.
The dual voltage fan trays are suitable for a number of industrial and electronics cooling applications including rack and cabinet mounted electronic equipment, industrial control cabinets, electronics
enclosures and telecommunications equipment.
"Orion's dual voltage fan trays are available in low-noise and high-speed versions with an 'add-a-module' feature that allows customers to easily increase or decrease the amount of airflow," said Kevin Knight, marketing manager for Orion Fans. "These unique features, along with the dual voltage capability, provide significant savings for manufacturers searching for inexpensive, high-performance devices that offer thermal protection in worldwide applications."
The dual voltage AC fan trays are available in the following models;
??OA300-DV- 3-fan assembly, 330cfm maximum airflow
??OA300S-DV- 3-fan assembly, 330cfm maximum airflow, 14-inch short depth version
??OA300DV-A - 3-fan assembly, 330cfm maximum airflow, expansion module
??OA600-DV- 6-fan assembly, 660cfm maximum airflow
??OA600S-DV- 6-fan assembly, 660cfm maximum airflow, 14-inch short depth version
??OA900-DV- 9-fan assembly, 990cfm maximum airflow
Orion will manufacture and customize fan trays outside these specifications to meet customer requirements. All Orion fan trays are UL/cUL approved.
Typical OEM pricing for the dual voltage fan trays starts at $215 with stock available immediately from Orion or Orion authorized stocking distributors. JIT delivery programs are available worldwide.
