Lattice Semiconductor Corp. has announced the industrial temperature-qualified versions of all its non-volatile LatticeXP2 FPGAs have been released to volume production.

Based on Lattice's 90nm hybrid Flexiflash technology, industrial temperature-qualified versions of XP2 devices are targeted at industrial applications such as medical imaging, robotics, human machine interface systems, motor control and industrial displays, Lattice said.

Industrial temperature-qualified versions are available for the full range of XP2 devices, from the smallest XP2-5 through the largest XP2-40 (5,000 and 40,000 look-up tables, respectively), Lattice said. Low-cost BGA and QFP packages that meet industrial temperature requirements are also available for some devices.
