Skyworks Solutions Inc. has launched two-stage, ultralow noise amplifiers (LNA) with high linearity performance.

Fabricated using Skyworks' advanced pHEMT process, the small and cost-effective products serve a number of demanding receiver applications, including GPS, satellite digital audio radio services, W-CDMA and LTE infrastructure platforms, and ISM base stations, repeaters and access points. Skyworks' devices minimize system noise figure, improving receiver sensitivity and providing customers with greater flexibility to meet a wide range of performance requirements.

Skyworks' low noise 2mm x 2mm amplifiers offer performance under 0.7dB while providing high linearity amplification with OIP3 up to 35dBm. The SKY65037-360LF, operating from 0.7GHz to 1.2GHz, and the SKY65040-360LF, operating from 1.5GHz to 2.4GHz, have the flexibility of external tuning to set gain up to 25dB and RoHS-compliant.

The SKY65037-360LF and SKY65040-360LF are available now.
