HPC-1000 panel PC

Quanmax debuts the new residential terminal, the HPC-1000 10.1-inch fanless panel PC based on low-power Intel Atom N270 processor and Intel 945GSE/ICH7-M chipset for high computing performance and energy-saving. Following the lifestyle concept, the HPC-1000 can be used to control lighting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) devices centrally and automatically.

The HPC-1000 is an all-in-one controller with five-wire resistive touchscreen and 10.1-inch WSVGA monitor. The large display offers the full screen navigation and increases the overall readability. Storage includes a 2.5-inch serial ATA hard drive or a solid-state drive and a CompactFlash socket. For household security, the HPC-1000 has built-in 2W speakers and has the optional 1.3Mpixel webcam for real-time voice and face recognition. The optional Mifare-compliant RFID reader is also available to support sophisticated security applications.

The system is also equipped with a full range of I/O features including four USB 2.0 ports, one DVI-I interface, one serial port and one DB9 port for 4 digital in/out. The needs for activating required home automation functions immediately can also be met by a Gigabit Ethernet port and optional Wi-Fi connection.

The HPC-1000 is designed to meet the most demanding home automation requirements. It focuses on simplicity and easy access to the various features. This system is compliant with CE and FCC class B.
