Crystek has made its LL142 low-loss RF cable assemblies more rugged by combining a spiraled stainless steel casing, as well as an extra fortification offered by a heavy-duty adhesive strain relief neoprene jacket.

These additional measures for protection prevent failures commonly caused by cable flexion and compression. At 18GHz, the new Armored LL142 assemblies feature attenuation of 0.36 dB/ft. and VSWR characteristics of  Crystek LL142 low-loss RF cable assembly

This armored LL142 series cables offer shielding effectiveness of greater than -110 dB with an operating temperature range of -55 to +85 degrees C (option of extended range of -55 to +125 degrees C also available through special order). These cables feature rugged stainless-steel solder-clamp construction, with a minimum bend radius of 1.5 in. and minimal spring-back.

Pricing and availability: The Armored LL142 Series cables (model no. CCASMA-MM-LL142-xx) are offered in four standard lengths (24-, 36-, 48,- and 60in) with SMA Male to SMA Male connectors; custom lengths and configurations (Type N and TNC connectors) are also available.
