CTS Corp. to expand Ayutthaya site

CTS Corp.锟絪 manufacturing site in Ayutthaya, Thailand, will soon double its capacity in line with the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company's aim of expanding its value added services by providing complex box build and high level mechanical assembly.

The company said it will have added some 30,000 square feet to the space at the site near Bangkok when the expansion is finished by mid-2011. It is currently the Asia centre for high-technology PCB assembly, supporting medical and other high reliability sectors.

CTS Thailand, which aims to consolidate its position as a EMS company in the Southeast Asian region, said it will continue to support customers in the higher reliability medical, military, communications and industrial electronics sectors.

CTS Thailand is ISO13485 (medical), AS9100 (aerospace) and TL9000 (telecommunications) certified.
