Cypress launches design contest using PSoC5, Cortex-M3

Cypress Semiconductor Corp. is holding a design contest to highlight the most innovative and useful designs that make use of the Cypress PSoC 5 architecture powered by the ARM Cortex-M3 processor.

The ARM Cortex M3/ PSoC 5 Design Challenge, which is co-sponsored by EE Times, was launched at the 2010 ARM Technology Conference. More than $10,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded throughout the contest, including the $2,500 grand prize, which will be awarded in May 2011.

Winners of the contest will include Best Analog Design, Best Digital Design, Best PSoC Creator Component Design, and the Community Choice Design as selected by popular vote.
