MEMS gas mass flow meters target industrial use

The METF2000 Gas Mass Flow Meter design is patterned after patented thermal MEMS technology, which directly picks-up the gas mass flow, without the need for temperature nor pressure compensation.

VP of Worldwide Sales of System Business, Steve Tsui states, "The METF2000's wide dynamic range and high sensitivity enables customers to measure extremely low gas mass flow rates more accurately and cost-effectively than traditional meter solutions." He further explains that this creates exciting opportunities for their customers who want to upgrade their flow metering systems towards more energy savings, improved process optimization, and other value-added advancements.
