Anritsu receives award for LTE test equipment strategy

Global market research organization Frost & Sullivan has bestowed the 2010 Global Product Line Strategy of the Year Award on Anritsu Corp. for its accomplishments in the LTE test equipment market.

"Anritsu's strong technical expertise in meeting the requirements of earlier standards in 3G wireless communications has enabled it to develop a successful product line strategy for the LTE test equipment market. It has one of the most diverse portfolios in this market, which has enabled the company to achieve tremendous reputation among customers, in turn helping it increase its market share," said Sivakumar Narayanaswamy, Frost & Sullivan industry analyst.

Frost & Sullivan evaluated the performance of leading LTE test equipment manufacturers to come up with the award winners. Factors evaluated were breadth of product line, size of addressable customer base, impact on customer value, impact on market share, and breadth of applications/markets served.
