International Rectifier has introduced a family of automotive qualified planar MOSFETs for a variety of applications used in Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), hybrid and full electric vehicle platforms.

This family includes 55V and 150V standard gate drive N-Channel MOSFETs, as well as -55V and -100V standard gate drive P-Channel MOSFETs well-suited for high-side switch applications, requiring no additional charge pump for gate drive. The 30V, 55V and 100V logic level gate drive N-Channel MOSFETs simplify gate drive requirements while reducing board space and component count. All of these devices are optimized for low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) and are qualified according to AEC-Q101 standards, featuring an environmentally friendly, lead-free, RoHS compliant bill of materials.

The AUIRFR9024N and AUIRLR024N are US$0.27 each, while the AUIRF4905 is US$0.86 each, all in 100,000-unit quantities.
