Crystek Corp. has unveiled the CPDETLS-4000, a RF power detector designed for low-cost RF power monitoring in general lab use. It is encased in rugged SMA and features a frequency range of 10MHz to 4GHz.

Crystek's RF power detector is a zero-bias Schottky diode intended for use as a large-signal power detector (greater than -10dBm). The input signal from CPDETLS-4000 is rated at +30dBm max and video capacitance at 100pF. It has an operating temperature range of -20∼C to 70∼C and a storage temperature range of -40∼C to 85∼C.

The Crystek CPDETLS-4000 RF power detector is now available.
