Temperature sensor operates from 2.7–5.5V

The XC3101 series uses the ultra-small USPN-4 package of 1.2 x 0.9 x 0.4mm.

The sensors are ideal for temperature detection in battery devices and can be driven by a lithium ion battery or 5V line. The quiescent current is a low 3.5?A (TYP.) and provides a high-accuracy analog voltage (1.6V at 25°C) in the range -40°C to 100°C. The analog output temperature coefficient of the sensor is -11.77mV/°C. The alarm temperature of the XC3101is set to 70°C (±4.5°C) and the hysteresis at 5°C.

The RoHS-compliant and Pb-free temperature sensor comes in standard-type SSOT-24 packaging.
