Avnet pushes growth on storage sol'ns in S'pore

Avnet Technology Solutions has recently expanded its SolutionsPath methodology aimed at extending technology expertise to support its channel ecosystem of partners. In conjunction with IBM, the first part of this programAvnet StoragePath Universitywas the launched in Singapore in February.

"We had an excellent turnout, with more than 40 people from our partner community attending. The business partners stayed with us over the entire 2-day university program, which demonstrates the commitment and desire our partners have for the program. Using a combination of market and technology enablement sales training, StoragePath University provided the tools and education for business partners to achieve profitable growth opportunities, and strengthen their existing sales pipeline opportunities", said Derek Ewell, solutions manager, Avnet Technology Solutions, Singapore.

Avnet's commitment to the reseller community combined with IBM's comprehensive storage portfolio ensures that our relationship and engagement with customers remains strong," indicated Clement Chan, IBM storage brand sales manager.
