Sonix introduces low power 32bit MCU

Sonix Technology has entered the 32bit segment with the launch of the SN32F700, a new 32bit MCU series based on the ARM Cortex-M0 core. SN32F700 was developed for digital home appliances, personal health care products, industrial automation control systems, and handheld devices.

The new 32bit flash-type micro controller features extremely low power consumption, a capability to anti-interference and ESD. It has passed anti-interference tests of EFT/ESD rate at 4KV compared to the industry standard of 1KV. The current used by the series in deep-power-down mode is only 150nA. The series is equipped with a variety of analog and mix signal devices and multiple high speed communication interfaces that provide low power consumption and high performance.

The SN32F700 features a high operating speed of 50MHz (45 DMIPS), an operating voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V, an industrial temperature range of -40? to 85?; 32KB built-in flash memory, and ROM endurance for 20,000 times. The device contains a 10-channel 12 bit A/D converter and high precision 12MHz IHRC.

The series provides embedded ICE and developing tools for customers. By using the ISP (In-System Programming) integrated functions, users can upgrade and implement software online to shorten time-to -market and enhance efficiency and flexibility of product development.

All series are packaged with LQFP 48 or QFN 46 and contain up to 43 GPIO. In addition, the series integrates high speed communication interfaces, including SPI, I2C, I2S and UART.
