ViTrox to unveil its latest IC device inspection tool

ViTrox Technologies has announced the launch of its enhanced version of the TH-1000 Vision Handler in conjunction with its participation at Semicon Taiwan, scheduled to take place September 5-7, 2012 in Taiwan.

ViTrox's TH-1000 specifically caters to tray-to-tray IC device inspection and is further enhanced with Double Unit Inspection. This new feature is able to detect stack-up IC devices in the tray easily, hence, minimizing over-rejection rates.

The TR-1000 Vision Handler is one of ViTrox's most recent technology innovations specially catered to tray-to-reel IC device final inspection needs. It is equipped with a built-in taping module, duo nozzles, and tray-to-tape pick-and-place features, translating to higher throughput of 12K (tray-to-tape). Additionally, the system is coupled with a comprehensive 3-in-1 vision station for 3-D and 5-sided inspections, and comes with the optional feature of Package Vision Inspection (PVI).

Both models have successfully secured multiple unit orders from customers in Taiwan and China, and also act as a benchmark to other solutions providers in this market segment.
