ATO Solution said this product is available in standard PKG forms such as TSOP and BGA, and customised MCP with compact size. Especially for its BGA package, 6.5 x 8mm is available, which is much smaller than existing market standard, 9 x 11mm, with 45 per cent space saving, even further smaller than ATO's current product line, 9 x 9mm.

The company is under qualification in some digital consumer applications such as DSC, STB, Black box and digital TV of Asia and US market and expecting sales revenue growth from March 2013.

Chris Park, the CEO of ATO Solution stated: "We are under developing SPI NAND flash as a next project targeting to launch it by second half of this year. SPI NAND flash is expected as a new solution to replace high density SPI NOR flash with its superior cost structure and embedded ECC controller, so that it can make increase the competitiveness of total system."
