LNA boasts 0.7 to 3.8GHz noise figure performance

The SKY67151-396LF is a GaAs, pHEMT low noise amplifier (LNA) with an active bias, high linearity, superior gain, and industry-leading noise figure performance from 0.7 to 3.8GHz. It features Skyworks' advanced pHEMT enhancement mode process in a compact 2x2mm, 8-pin Dual Flat No-Lead (DFN) package.

The new LNA is ideally-suited for a range of infrastructure, and military and satellite radio applications, including LTE, GSM, WCDMA, HSDPA macro and micro base stations, L- and S-band ultra-low noise receivers, cellular repeaters, DAS and RRH/RRUs, and high temperature transceiver applications to +105°C.
