Richardson RFPD recently announced the availability of a new 200W solid state, broadband, high power pallet amplifier which runs Freescale Semiconductor's enhanced rugged LDMOS devices. The RPAP470860M200 is a highly linear pallet amplifier designed for use in the UHF band.

Utilising Freescale's newest 50V rugged RF LDMOS, the pallet is ideally-suited for systems broadcasting under the digital television standards. The RPAP470860M200 offers high gain, efficiency and power in a small pallet footprint, using advanced broadband RF matching networks and RF LDMOS transistors. Matched for 50ohms input and output, the pallet can be easily combined to provide higher power when required.

Key features of the RPAP470860M200 include:

  • 470-860MHz frequency range
  • 19 dB gain
  • 200W of linear power (DVB-T)
  • 50? input/output
  • Over-temperature protection
  • 26 per cent Efficiency under DVB-T signal
  • The pallet is in stock and available for immediate delivery. To find more information, or to purchase the product today on the Richardson RFPD website, please visit the RPAP470860M200 webpage.
