The NFC Forum has defined a data format called NDEF to store different kind of application data. NDEF structured data may be stored inside contactless tag.
The "NFC Type MIFARE Tag" application note has been developed to describe how the Reader device (also called NFC device) can store NDEF data inside an MIFARE Classic or MIFARE Plus tag.
This document provides extended functionalities, and additional information to the "NFC Type MIFARE Tag" application note regarding how the NFC device manages the MIFARE Classic or MIFARE Plus products to store NDEF and proprietary data.
