Oscilloscope and digitizer card manufacturer GaGe recently announced the release of its new FCiX Family of 14 and 16bit portable digitizing solutions. The FCiX family provides a 14 or 16bit Ethernet (LAN) based digitizing solution with 4 or 8 channels, 25 to 200MS/s maximum sampling rate and 2Gb of on-board acquisition memory. The company's latest solution can stand-alone or mount into an existing configuration and is fully accessible via a Web browser.

"Our new FCiX family advances proven technologies from GaGe to provide a portable, high channel density digitizing solution," said Patrick Cassady, DynamicSignals' executive vice president. "The convenient browser access via any Web enabled device such as cell phone, tablet or PC, enables customers to setup, configure and communicate with the device at any time and from anywhere in the world," Cassady added.

Applications include remote radar design and test, multi-site semiconductor test, manufacturing test, remote signal intelligence (SIGINT), in-vehicle automotive test, remote communications (COMINT), time of flight (TOF), non-destructive testing, spectroscopy, cryptography, high-performance imaging, and ultrasound test.

Programming-free operation with GageScope PC oscilloscope software and software development kits for C/C++, MATLAB, and LabVIEW are also available.
