NXP provides all you need to get started with RFID in Electronics using the NTAG203F.

The NTAG203F is an NFC Forum Type 2 Tag compliant IC with 144B user memory and field detection feature.

This document contains links NTAG203F sample tags that can be read and modified by any NFC Forum compliant phone. It contains the links to obtain sample tags for getting hands-on experience, download demo software and links to various documents like datasheets and application notes with an antenna design guide and guidance to use special features.
