Vishay Intertechnology has debuted its latest TANTAMOUNT solid tantalum chip capacitor. Vishay's latest capacitor comes with a very low ESR down to 0.180 at 100kHz. For military, avionics, and aerospace applications, the conformal-coated, surface-mount CWR26 is qualified to MIL-PRF-55365/13.

In addition to its very low ESR, the Vishay Sprague CWR26 is offered with Weibull level B, C, and T failure rates. For high-reliability applications, the capacitor features a capacitance range of 10 to 100?F over voltage ratings from 15VDC to 35VDC, with capacitance tolerance of 5 per cent, 10 per cent, and 20 per cent. Available in F, G, and H case codes, the device features an operating temperature of -55C to 85C, 125C with voltage derating.

Offered in tape-and-reel packaging per EIA 481, the CWR26 is available with gold plate, solder plated, solder fused, and hot solder dipped terminations.

Datasheet for the TANTAMOUNT solid tantalum chip capacitor can be found here.
