ST rolls legacy RF MOSFETs for discontinued NXP products

A range of RF MOSFET replacement parts from STMicroelectronics is now available from Richardson RFPD. The legacy RF MOSFET power transistors from ST represent pin-for-pin replacements for several discontinued products from NXP, including the BLF175, BLF177 and BLF278.

In addition to maintaining its legacy products, ST also offers several new devices for broadcast, MRI, RF plasma generator, and laser driver applications. The SD49xx series feature 20:1 VSWR. STAC packaged devices include characterisation under pulsed conditions.
