Leadless package one-gate logic IC for mobile devices

Toshiba Corporation recently debuted a small-size 1.0x1.0mm leadless type package, one-gate logic IC suited for mobile devices.

The TC7SZ32MX operates at a voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V. Its output current is 24mA at 3.0V and boasts a super high speed operation of t_pLH, t_pHL = 2.4ns (typ.) at V_CC=3V, C_L=15pF. The one-gate logic IC also includes a power down protection function for 5.5V.

In addition to the existing lead type small-size 1.0 x 1.0mm fSV package, Toshiba has developed a product with a leadless type 1.0x1.0mm sMP6 package, expanding the line-up for mobile devices, such as smartphones, mobile phones, tablet devices, laptop PCs and digital cameras.
