element14 has unveiled comprehensive component solutions from TE Connectivity (TE) for innovative subsystem designs that include control boards, power systems, cable assemblies, controllers, timers and sensors that support end products or systems across many customer segments. Cable assembly and PCB subcontractors and motor, compressor and lighting system manufacturers will find value in the breadth of TE products available through element14 to support their latest designs and applications, the company stated.

Through a solution-focused microsite, customers will be able to solve typical subsystem design challenges with access to TE's featured products such as Power Triple Lock wire-applied connectors, Economy Power wire-to-board connectors, FASTON terminals, PCB relays, circuit protection devices, cable assemblies, sensors, switches, timers and more.

By referencing the Design Navigator within the included guide, customers can choose the right products for their unique design requirements based on ease of assembly, resistance to vibration, particle and liquid sealing, and thermal performance.

TE's range of Power Triple Lock wire-applied connectors, developed for improved power and signal applications, includes new features for performance assurance. Its four keying/color options and three housing materials help prevent mis-mating on the assembly line.

TE's robust and highly reliable universal MATE-N-LOK connector system uses a combination of pins and sockets intermixed in the plug and cap housings to achieve its maximum electrical performance. Its housings feature positive polarization and positive locking allowing for easy, accurate assembly.

HB Chua, VP, channel sales, TE Connectivity Asia said, "Working with element14 enables us to reach our customers in Asia in a variety of ways: online, by phone, in person and through e-procurement channels. Our customers get to easily access and select the TE products they need directly from element14."

Jeff Uden, VP of product and supplier marketing, element14 Asia-Pacific, said, "We are delighted to once again partner with TE to offer specific component solutions for subsystem design following on the successes of earlier TE product solutions for industrial control and material handling. With these additional solution microsites, we provide a unique avenue to showcase TE's latest products, making it easier for customers to choose the right components for their applications."
