The CMV12000 from CMOSIS is a global shutter CMOS image sensor with 4,096 x 3,072 pixels in a APS-C optical format supporting super HD imaging (4k). The image array consists of 5.5?m x 5.5?m pipelined global shutter pixels, which allow exposure during read out while performing CDS operation to reduce fixed pattern and dark noise.

The CMV12000 has 64 12bit digital LVDS outputs (serial) each running at 300Mbit/s. The image sensor also integrates a programmable gain amplifier and offset regulation. Each channel runs at 300Mbit/s maximum, which results in 150fps at full resolution in 10bit mode.

CMV12000 targets applications in the areas of process automation and motion control, 4K HD TV broadcasting environment, as well as vision-supported traffic management systems.
