Design service company at CES

As a testament to the proximity between system developers and chip designers in China, VeriSilicon exhibited at CES Asia. In hopes of differentiating the firm from other design service companies, VeriSilicon is now styling itself as "an IP powerhouse," armed with a variety of IPs to help SoC designers.

Included in its arsenal are ZSP, Hantro's video decoder IP with HEVC and VC9 support, among others. The newest addition includes CogniVision's embedded vision technology.
